The technological revolution has brought numerous changes in the way of looking at the environment in which we live and the way of interacting with the world. The Banking sector was also one of the areas affected by this change and this was concretely reflected with the advent of Open Banking, whose objectives are (i) to encourage innovation; (ii) promote competition; (iii) increase the efficiency of the National Financial System and the Brazilian Payment System; and (iv) promote “financial citizenship”. With the ease and agility of the Open Banking information exchange, reports can be promoted determining ways of designing and directing financial literacy, being able to promote financial behavior that increases the well-being of individuals, especially low-income individuals, who have a greater deficit of financial knowledge. Thus, a successful financial education institutionalization program is expected, which promotes a simple and measurable financial education, personalized to the needs and situations of individuals; being active in a timely manner, that is, programmed to coincide with decisions, appearing in a convenient way for access and bringing entertainment to the individual, having the potential to be a revolution in the history of national financial literacy
