Resumo: In virtue of the increase of the demand for new technologies of information and communication in the educational activity, the aim of this research was to verify, as a teacher represented in text and, for the text, its proper one "act" when giving lessons with the use of the educational chat one. The analyzed texts had been produced by a teacher of Portuguese Language of High School, in the position of participant-observer of the chat-class. We got two different kinds of texts that tell the executed work already or still to be carried through. We call documents of "daily-reflexive" and "transcribed deposition". The first one, elaborated of form written. The second produced orally, recorded and later transcribed for the researcher. For the analysis of the texts we appeal to the Sociodiscursive Interactionism represented for Bronckart (2007), including the procedures developed for Machado & Bronckart (2004). With the focus in the teaching work, also we have also adopted the views of French Ergonomics (Saujat, 2004; Amigues, 2004; Faïta 2004) and of the Activity Clinic (Clot, 1999/2006). The methodological procedures had included the interpretation of the production context, survey of the global characteristics of the texts, the determination of the literal sort, the kinds of speech, comment of the enunciative instances with the identification of the voices, and more at great length an analysis of the representative segments of "acting" of the teacher in work situation. We observe that the work of this professional is represented in the text for a interacional and instrumental character, that involves one to language act , one to act with instruments and also mental act with the capacity comment, reasons and intentions. In relation to its act with the use of the instrument "chat", we verify that teacher shows a process of appropriation of this new instrument. We have concluded that the teacher demonstrated evolution in the course of its act and presented significant changes that could have been interpreted by intermediate of its behavior observed, told in its texts. The fact demonstrates that, after the assimilation of the "models to act" available in its social environment, and the comment of its lived experiences it elaborated a process of reconfiguration of these models, carrying through changes in its language act

Os textos analisados foram produzidos por uma professora de Língua Portuguesa do Ensino Fundamental da Rede Pública Estadual de Ensino, na posição de observadora-participante das aulas-chat. Obtivemos dois diferentes tipos de textos que relatam o trabalho já executado ou ainda a ser realizado. Denominamos os documentos de diário-reflexivo e depoimento transcrito . O primeiro, elaborado de forma escrita e o segundo, produzidos oralmente, gravados e posteriormente transcrito pela pesquisadora. Para a análise dos textos recorremos ao Interacionismo Sociodiscursivo representado por Bronckart (2007), incluindo os procedimentos desenvolvidos por Machado & Bronckart (2004). Com o foco no trabalho docente, também buscamos aportes teóricos da Ergonomia da Atividade (Saujat, 2004; Amigues, 2004; Faïta, 2004) e da Clínica da Atividade (Clot, 1999/2006). Os procedimentos metodológicos incluíram a interpretação do contexto de produção, levantamento das características globais dos textos, a determinação do gênero textual, os tipos de discurso, observação das instâncias enunciativas com a identificação das vozes, e mais detalhadamente uma análise dos segmentos representativos do agir da professora em situação de trabalho. Observamos que o trabalho dessa profissional é representado no texto por um caráter interacional e instrumental, que envolve um agir linguageiro, um agir com instrumentos e também um agir mental com a observação de capacidade, motivos e intenções. Em relação ao seu agir com o uso do instrumento chat , verificamos que ela manifesta um processo de apropriação desse novo instrumento. Concluímos que a professora demonstrou evolução no curso de seu agir e apresentou mudanças significativas que puderam ser interpretadas por intermédio de suas condutas observáveis, relatadas em seus textos.
