This work is born of a concern faced by the clinics of neurosis upon realizing children attendances at the clinic with adults, what leads to questioning which subject was in front of the analyst with the presences of anguish and support request. The anguish and the children return are related due to the repetition of a psychic abandonment feeling experienced by the baby from birth, as he has no means to represent what affects him and, after building relationships with others, by the fear of losing loved objects. The work has covered psychanalysis’s fundamental concepts based on the sexual theories of children, from 1905, trying to grasp the attendance forms of this affection without symbolic representation that constitutes anguish. It passes through the concepts and ideas of childhood; anguish; repressed and return of repressed; instinctual representative and object. The arguments are based on the Freudian theory; on reading Freud’s complete works, specially Inhibition, Symptoms and Anguish (1926); and as well as other authors that contributed to the understanding of Freudian metapsychology and Freud’s analysis. Finally, the psychoanalysis sees the subject of unconscious as infantile, and understands that sexuality is built throughout childhood, which produces inscriptions that return in the formations of the unconscious
