Resumo: In Brazil as well as part of a globalized world, the business world is in constant search for positive results and operational performance. The solution to such a search was the creation of a specific department within the organization called the Comptroller, and that its function is to control, audit and review all procedures developed by the company. This paper aims to raise the profile and performance of responsible for the Comptroller, that meets the needs of managers in order to side with one another, which is the analysis of emotional and psychological state of the company's employees. Analyzes certain kinds of leadership, seen through the available bibliographies on the subject and suggests alternatives to improve the way we manage the business, using practical methods and modern management
