The expansion of the Third Sector and its consolidation in the social scenario requires constant improvement of their management practices, investment in skills and in meeting the goals, aiming to generate excellent results. The People Management in the Third Sector is a key aspect of this improvement of management, with tools that allow the development of organizations and their teams. In order to contribute to the knowledge of the situation of People Management in the Third Sector, three organizations were surveyed, with the objective of verifying its forms of action, through its managers, seeking to identify the difficulties encountered, the practices and perspectives of organization seeking to establish links with other previous studies on the subject. The organizations surveyed are included within the professionalization movement and evolution of the Third Sector, its prospects include the improvement of their practices and effective action in public policy. In this environment of constant change partnership and spirit of solidarity that permeate the Third Sector are critical factors in the mobilization and mutual cooperation between the organizations as articulators of social cause
