Resumo: This paper is about the use of the Electronic Auction at Civil Procedural Law. That method was introduced by Law 11.382/2006 but only was regulated by the Court of Sao Paulo in 2009 through the Provision 1625/2009. The main objective of this reform was the speed in obtaining the adjudication, in order to ensure the constitutional principle of reasonable duration of the process. In this context, the work in question aims to demonstrate the benefits of using electronic auction court as well, draws a comparison between his face and electronic form, and list some discrepancies found in the case law on the subject
