This research seeks to identify and understand the career transition issues in the 30 years period between 28 and 33 years. We conducted a qualitative study of Jungian theoretical base with 4 participants between 28 and 31 years. We use semistructured interview and a job with figures. Considering career as possible satisfaction and dissatisfaction field, we tried to understand the issues in young adults in contemporary times, the reasons for dissatisfaction and the projection of an ideal that participants want for their lives and careers. The analysis suggests that the main reasons related to dissatisfaction are related to routine and demands of the workplace and lack of quality of life. The participants wish to build a family, to evolve spiritually, balance and tranquility. It stands out as contribution of this research to understand the people of career questions which consider themselves dissatisfied during the transition of 30 years
