Observação fonoaudiológica da expressividade do profissional da voz falada: uma proposta de roteiro

Introduction: among the speech-language researches that have been focused on the voice professional’s expressiveness, draws attention to the lack of systematization and consensus of parameters present in the instruments used to evaluate it. Objective: to develop and evaluate the applicability of a speech-language pathway to observe the vocal professional's expressiveness. Methods: The thesis was developed through three studies. Study 1 aimed to identify, through literature review, how the vocal professional expressiveness is studied and what parameters are addressed in the studies. In Study 2, the objective was to elaborate a Speech-Language Pathway of Expressivity Observation for the professional of the spoken voice; and Study 3, was divided into three moments, namely Moment 1 with observation of non-directive voice professionals by expert judges, Moment 2 when their observation was directive and subsidized by a script and Momento Reteste, which concluded that it was applicable. Results: in Study 1 the literature review pointed out that there are few studies that discuss, in an extended way, how the voice professional's expressiveness was evaluated. Of the 41 works found in the survey, only five presented in full the instruments used in the research. In Study 2, the initial version of the Speech-Language Pathway for Expression was elaborated, which included 28 parameters divided into two subcategories: initial observation of the communication, with six parameters; and observation of expressiveness with 22. Study 3, in Moment 1 the judges presented an average of six observation parameters per professional evaluated. At Moment 2 at present using the proposed Routing increased the average increased to 27.14 parameters per observation, and in the retest phase ended for a mean of 27.29 parameters. Conclusion: The Speech-Language Pathway of Speech-Language Expression for speech-language professionals recorded a relevant level of applicability and reproducibility and a high stability coefficient of internal consistency
