Gestão participativa no ciclo de alfabetização: uma experiência de sucesso

Resumo: | The purpose of this research was to analyze the contributions that the study counselors team of the National Pact for Literacy in the Right Age (PNAIC) of the city of Santo André, exclusively for the teachers training, brings to the professionalization of the teacher and their practice. The research problem arose from my professional experience as the local Coordinator of the PNAIC and the studies performed in the Professional Master's Degree in Education: Training of Trainers. The main theoretical reference of the study was the great master Paulo Freire, who in his work approaches the social transformation and the elaboration of critical awareness from the reality in which one lives, proposes a conception of teacher as coordinator of actions in partnership with their students in search of freedom. The methodology chosen for this research work is the qualitative approach and it proposes to analyze the contributions of the PNAIC study counselor as manager of the literacy cycle, through the training with teachers, the pedagogical accompaniment in schools and their articulating and formative actions. In the doing of this research I elaborated the flowchart of processes that reveals the guiding actions developed in the different roles as coordinator and beginning researcher. The research subjects are the 17 study counselors, members of the exclusive training team, in the years 2015 and 2016. The procedures for data collection are the documentary analysis of records, publications and documents of the Department of Education, the official publications about the PNAIC, the personal records of the local coordinator and the questionnaire related to training and professional activity. The documentary analysis results in a brief history about the PNAIC, the teachers training in Santo André and the actions of the pact in the municipality. For the analysis of the data, the seven categories of the PNAIC Collaborative Network elaborated in the city were utilized. The results of the research indicate the importance of the group of Study Counselors of Santo André as a teacher training team, with the clarity of the specificities of their attributions, putting them into practice in the PNAIC formations and in the pedagogical monitoring of the schools. The work performed by the Study Counselors originated the Santo André PNAIC Collaborative Network, which through a participatory management between the PNAIC Team, teachers, advisors and school managers, made significant advances in the official literacy rates, especially the partnership established with the teachers in the literacy process and in the authorship of their practices. The constitution of a specific team for continuous training contributes to the professionalization of the teachers and, consequently, to the improvement of the literacy process of students |

A problemática da pesquisa surgiu a partir da minha experiência profissional de Coordenadora local do PNAIC e dos estudos realizados no Mestrado Profissional em Educação: Formação de Formadores. A principal referência teórica do estudo foi o grande mestre Paulo Freire que, em sua obra aborda a transformação social e a elaboração da consciência crítica a partir da realidade em que se vive, propõe uma concepção de professor como coordenador de ações em parceria com os seus alunos em busca da liberdade. A metodologia escolhida para esse trabalho de pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa e se propõe a analisar as contribuições do Orientador de Estudos do PNAIC enquanto gestor do ciclo de alfabetização, por meio da formação com os professores, do acompanhamento pedagógico nas escolas e de suas ações articuladoras e formadoras. Na realização desta pesquisa elaborei o fluxograma de processos que revela as ações norteadoras desenvolvidas nos diferentes papéis exercidos como coordenadora e pesquisadora iniciante. Os sujeitos de pesquisa são 17 Orientadores de Estudos, integrantes da equipe exclusiva de formação, nos anos de 2015 e 2016. Os procedimentos de coleta de dados são a análise documental de registros, publicações e documentos da Secretaria de Educação, as publicações oficiais sobre o PNAIC, os registros pessoais da coordenadora local e o questionário relacionado à formação e atuação profissional. A análise documental resulta em breve histórico sobre o PNAIC, das formações de professores em Santo André e das ações do pacto no município. Para a análise dos dados foram utilizadas as sete categorias da Rede Colaborativa PNAIC elaborada no município. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam a importância do grupo de Orientadores de Estudos de Santo André como uma equipe formadora de professores, com a clareza das especificidades das suas atribuições, colocando-as em prática nas formações do PNAIC e no acompanhamento pedagógico das escolas. O trabalho realizado pelos Orientadores de Estudos originou a Rede Colaborativa PNAIC de Santo André que, a partir de uma gestão participativa entre Equipe PNAIC, professores, assessores e gestores escolares, possibilitou avanços significativos nos índices oficiais de alfabetização, com destaque para a parceria estabelecida com os professores no processo de alfabetização e na autoria das suas práticas.
