O isolamento do trabalhador remoto: a falta de networking pode atrapalhar o desenvolvimento e o crescimento profissional

The presente work aims to make an in-deep analysis of the lack of networking (network of interpersonal connections developed through social interactions) that affected the corporate professional during the home office, especially in the pandemic scenario caused by the Coronavírus, and how this factor can be detrimental to the professional development. For this, a research was performed in books and arcticles about networking, home office and carrer and an analysis was made from such information, capable of supporting ideas thate were later clarified with field researches and interviews. At the end, a practical comparison was made, comparing the satisfaction of some employees and their manager – real people – regarding several points explored during the monograph. Some aspects were evidente in the analysis of the researches: new digitized trends, concerns about the carrer development, advantages and disadvantages of the remote office, relevant differences in the satisfaction between manager and employees, among other aspects
