The study on the Sports Law is not widespread in our country, and we could see the reflection on the lack of legislation. That leaves the prism of Labor, the limitation is even greater, even if there is great importance in regard to working hours. Important to note the necessity of fixing a journey itself, because the number of peculiarities of the professional football player is great. It is necessary to characterize who is a professional athlete. In this work, the intent is to point out the inherent characteristics of the profession, such as training, game, concentration, pre-season, the need for travel within and outside the country, or the statement on the night shift differential, the incidence of hours extras, among others.
