Território e subjetividade: reflexões sobre a cidade que pulsa ao ritmo da desigualdade social

Resumo: The present work intends to contribute to the reflexion on how the conditions of specific urban areas interfere on the subjectivity of the inhabitants and aims to investigate the influence of the experiences lived in the cities over the people, focusing on the emotional and psychosocial dimensions. The importance of this investigation is directly associated to the main role of the affections towards the recognition of the ethical dimension of the life, as well as its imperative influence to the rise of people's emancipatory and innovative ideas and actions, that are mandatory for the improvement of the social reality. The study is based on theoretical discussions on the subjectivity social character and on important concepts for the comprehension of urban's life, such as, property, urbanism, territory and city. We also introduce relevant cases about different cities and theoretical contributions to the study of people's lives in the cities from the analysis of the concepts as life experiences, emotion, affection and ethical political suffering. The theoretical referential used consisted of the theoretical elaborations of Espinosa, Ribot, Sawaia and Vigotski. As a research method we analyzed reports of São Paulo City residents about the place they live in, based on the creation of analytical categories. In this research we observed that the experiences of living in the cities are influenced by several factors, directly bound to the structure of the territories and their capacity to correspond to the social demands of reducing the condition of exclusion. Finally, we concluded that it is essential to consider the affective reactions of citizens in the planning of urban spaces and the public policies to them associated

Finally, we concluded that it is essential to consider the affective reactions of citizens in the planning of urban spaces and the public policies to them associatedEntendendo que a psicologia pode colaborar com o planejamento urbano, o presente trabalho pretende contribuir para a reflexão sobre o impacto das condições de territórios urbanos específicos das cidades na subjetividade de seus habitantes, tendo a cidade mestre como ideia reguladora. Seu objetivo é investigar as vivências na cidade, com foco nas dimensões psicossocial e afetiva. A importância dessa investigação repousa sobre o papel fundamental dos afetos no que diz respeito ao reconhecimento da dimensão ética da vida, bem como, sua influência determinante para o surgimento nas pessoas de ideias e ações emancipadoras e inovadoras, que são quesitos obrigatórios para a transformação da realidade social. O estudo está fundamentado em discussões teóricas sobre o caráter social da subjetividade e sobre o caráter subjetivo da cidade, por meio de conceitos importantes para a compreensão da vida urbana, a saber, propriedade, urbanismo, território e cidade. O referencial teórico utilizado constituiu-se das elaborações teóricas de Espinosa, Ribot, Vigotski e Sawaia, com destaque às categorias de vivência, emoção, afeto e sofrimento ético-político. Apresentamos casos relevantes sobre diferentes cidades consideradas cidades mestres e suas contribuições teóricas para o estudo da vida das pessoas nas cidades. Como método de pesquisa, recorremos à análise de relatos de moradores de São Paulo sobre o local onde vivem. Ao todo, foram selecionados 50 relatos de um universo de 9 mil, considerando a representatividade do índice de desigualdade do bairro. Esses relatos foram analisados a partir de 13 categorias: atividade cultural, arquitetura urbana, conhecimento histórico, convívio social, cuidado com a cidade, diversidade e democracia, implicações dos interesses econômicos e representações sociais, infraestrutura, lugares marcantes, parques e praças, personagens da cidade, saber e ação popular e sensação de segurança e violência. Nessa pesquisa observamos que as experiências das vivências nas cidades são influenciadas por diversos fatores, diretamente ligados com a estrutura dos territórios e sua capacidade de atender as demandas sociais e de diminuição da condição de exclusão.
