Resumo: The differences experienced by social classes throughout the life cycle draw different old ages. It is not a homogeneous process, rich and poor do not experience it the same way. Aging is a social problem to the working class which, possessing only its labour force, when old, loses the usage value to the capital and is tackled, once again by the social depreciation and poverty, becoming more sociably invisible as it gets older. Aging carries the social inequalities experienced throughout life. The black population, due to racism and its ramifications, has a life with more disadvantages than the white population; aging is a harder experience to the black population. Women live longer than men do, but if we were to add to the group of social inequalities fostered by racism gender inequalities, black women aging is even more challenging. The comprehension of linking between aging, racism and gender can be made from domestic violence, understood as a violation of human rights, which derives from a social organization, which favours male to the detriment of female. The empirical research was performed in a judgement of Domestic and Familiar Violence against women in the Court of Justice of São Paulo, having as analysed material the psychosocial expertise carried out with elderly women, in the period from January 2014 to November 2015. The sample was composed of 11 elderlies, from which 4 were black and 7 were white. The analysis has evinced that psychosocial expertise are tools that have elucidated the magnitude of the domestic violence situation in which these elderly were inserted into and that they experienced unseeing social practices, which imprisoned them in the domestic violence circuit, not allowing aging to be lived with dignity

The analysis has evinced that psychosocial expertise are tools that have elucidated the magnitude of the domestic violence situation in which these elderly were inserted into and that they experienced unseeing social practices, which imprisoned them in the domestic violence circuit, not allowing aging to be lived with dignityAs diferenças vivenciadas pelas classes sociais ao longo do ciclo de vida desenham diferentes velhices. Não é um processo homogêneo, já que ricos e pobres não o vivenciam da mesma forma. O envelhecimento é um problema social para a classe trabalhadora, que, possuidora apenas da sua força de trabalho, quando envelhece, perde o valor de uso para o capital e é acometida, mais uma vez, pela depreciação social e pobreza, tornando-se mais invisível socialmente conforme vai envelhecendo. O envelhecimento carrega consigo as desigualdades sociais vivenciadas ao longo da vida. A população negra, devido ao racismo e seus desdobramentos, tem uma vida com mais desvantagens que a população branca, o envelhecimento é uma experiência mais difícil para a população negra. As mulheres vivem mais que os homens, mas, se ao conjunto de desigualdades sociais fomentadas pelo racismo se somarem as desigualdades de gênero, o envelhecimento da mulher negra é ainda mais desafiador. A compreensão da vinculação entre envelhecimento, racismo e gênero pode ser feita a partir da violência doméstica, entendida como uma violação dos direitos humanos que deriva de uma organização social que privilegia o masculino em detrimento do feminino. A pesquisa empírica foi realizada numa Vara de Violência Doméstica e Familiar contra a Mulher do Tribunal de Justiça de São Paulo, tendo como material analisado as perícias psicossociais realizadas com mulheres idosas no período de janeiro de 2014 a novembro de 2015. A amostra foi composta de 11 idosas, das quais 4 eram negras e 7 brancas. A análise evidenciou que as perícias psicossociais foram ferramentas que elucidaram a magnitude da situação de violência doméstica na qual essas idosas estavam inseridas e que elas vivenciavam práticas sociais invisibilizadoras, que as aprisionavam no circuito da violência doméstica, não permitindo que o envelhecimento fosse vivido com dignidadeapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/40183/Ilka%20Cust%c3%b3dio%20de%20Oliveira.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Serviço SocialPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Ciências SociaisInvisibilidade socialPertencimento étnico-racialEnvelhecimentoSocial invisibilityEthnic-racial belongingAgingCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::SERVICO SOCIALMulheres negras idosas: a invisibilidade da violência domésticaElderly black women: the invisibility of domestic violenceinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTIlka Custódio de Oliveira.pdf.txtIlka Custódio de Oliveira.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain320133https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/19434/4/Ilka%20Cust%c3%b3dio%20de%20Oliveira.pdf.txt089e495d4dd326a2219b0b32541106c1MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
