This work objective to introduce Electronic Judicial Process, a new means of adjudication and breakdown of law enforcement officers with the Judiciary. Focus will be given to some procedural principles are applied to the Electronic Judicial Process. In this work, will be used as a paradigm of the process of labor law for the reflections and examples. However, the electronic judicial process, begins its deployment with more force in 2013, applies to civil cases, criminal and labor law, as well as the Special Courts in any degree of jurisdiction and, for this reason, studies are available are, for the most part, focused on the General Theory of Process.
