Considerações aos crimes eletrônicos: desafios e perspectivas no Brasil

Resumo: This study aimed to examine the issue of cybercrimes in the Brazilian context, addressing everything from the historical development of chnology and crime to legislation. To do so, the main types of cybercrimes, their victims, and their impacts on social security were presented and discussed, as well as the tools and methodologies used for the investigation and prevention of these crimes in Brazil. The research also analyzed the legal challenges in investigating and punishing cybercrimes and specific protection and prevention measures for the Brazilian context. Finally, it was concluded in favor of the need for the approval of new laws capable of addressing legislative gaps regarding cybercrimes, without neglecting the adoption of awareness programs for the benefit of society, given the rapid evolution of cybercrimes, which the state is currently unable to ombat with full effectiveness

Para anto,ram apresentados e discutidos os principais tipos de crimes eletrônicos, suas vítimas e impactos na segurança social, bem como as ferramentas e metodologias utilizadas para a investigação e prevenção desses rimes no Brasil. A pesquisa também analisou os desafios legais na investigação e punição de crimes eletrônicos e as medidas de proteção e prevenção específicas para o contexto brasileiro.
