This study approaches the subjectivity of the illnesses of the breast cancer trough a case study in which besides the participant, more seven persons of the nuclear family manifested the illness. For the realization of this, has occurred eight meetings of the researcher with the participant, one, in which were applied the protocol of Rorschach, the proposition of this meetings were to know the family history and the diagnosis, as so the emotional living of the participant. The objective was to investigate the influence of the nuclear family, as so the contents that surround this family, doing that the women manifest such disease. The theorycal approach used was the Analytical Psychology that contains chapters that contemplates the psychic constitution of a person, a short history of the women role reaches trough the history and about the psychosomatic disease, its definition and meaning. It was verified that the culture of this family has in relation of the female members significantly influence the women to feel incapable to manifest metaphorically, in due to use the disease as a manifestation of the dissatisfaction with the suppression of their individual wills
