Supervisão acadêmica de estágio em Serviço Social: um estudo no Estado de São Paulo

Resumo: This study is a result of the analysis of the Social Work Internship with an Academic Supervision guided by the vocational training process. The practice as a Social Work Professor, researcher inserted in the struggles of the class through representative organs as CRESS and ABEPSS, incitated concerns which induced to ponder about the matter of vocational training and its sintony with the internship conducted by the Academic Supervision aligned with the teaching. Thus, the general objective was to locate, analyze and articulate the Social Work Internship with an Academic Supervision to the vocational training project; and at the same time, recognize and identify the strategies adopted and better understand the prospects and challenges faced by teachers in this activity. For that, the study analyzed both quantitative and qualitative dimensions, in a complementarity aspect seeking greater understanding regarding context and conjuncture, which occurs in the Academic Supervision activity. By means of bibliographical and documentary study followed by mapping the expansion of Social Work graduation courses in Brazil the last two years, it was possible to demonstrate that usually there is close relationship between the current spread level of classroom courses and distance education and the challenges to the vocational training project and consequently the internship. The research universe comprised courses with active groups in Supervised Internship, classroom courses, public and private administrative category, in the State of São Paulo, Southeastern region of Brazil. The research group consisted of five Academic Supervisors and, for the data gathering, it was used two complementary instruments: the interview and questionnaire. Some subjects during the interview aroused reflections in the participants, translated here into categories of analysis, such as: from vocational training to the exercise of Teaching in Social Work; organization of Supervised Internship in the Higher Education Institution; the place and the meaning of the Academic Supervision, the development of Academic Supervision; the challenges of Teaching during the Academic Supervision: limits and prospects. Teaching became a significant labor field, with more than six thousand courses around the country, however, the Academic Supervision lacks place and meaning, against the lack of resources. Problems and complaints pointed by the interviewed subjects and observed in the researched data, although they be cannot generalized, indicate the existence of power relationships that affect the internships and employment dispute, implying directly in the act of Supervision. The initiatives of representative entities still incipient. The Academic Supervision, as a discipline that provides the link between university and professional practice, the university and the society, still faces obstacles in its execution. For that, it was pointed possible diagnosis regarding the development and evaluation of the internship process, such as integrating component of the resume, an instrument to measure the effectiveness of the Political Pedagogical Course Project, of the Internship Policy, the quality of vocational training, among others

A vivência como assistente social docente, pesquisadora inserida nas lutas da categoria através dos órgãos representativos como CRESS e ABEPSS, estimulou inquietações que me induziram a ponderar sobre a questão da formação em sua afinação com o estágio conduzido pela Supervisão Acadêmica em consonância com a docência. Assim, o objetivo geral consistiu em situar, analisar e articular a Supervisão Acadêmica de Estágio Supervisionado em Serviço Social ao projeto de formação; ao mesmo tempo, reconhecer e identificar as estratégias empreendidas e compreender melhor as perspectivas e os desafios enfrentados pelos docentes nessa atividade. Para isso, analisamos dimensões tanto quantitativas quanto qualitativas, num movimento de complementaridade visando maior compreensão do contexto e da conjuntura, nas quais ocorre a atividade de Supervisão Acadêmica. Por meio de estudo bibliográfico e documental seguido de um mapeamento, referente aos dois últimos anos de proliferação de cursos de Serviço Social no Brasil, demonstramos que normalmente existe relação estreita entre a atual proliferação de cursos presenciais e EaD e os desafios ao projeto de formação e, por consequência, ao estágio. O universo da pesquisa contemplou cursos com turmas ativas em Estágio Supervisionado, modalidade presencial, categoria administrativa pública e privada, localizadas no Estado de São Paulo, região Sudeste do país. O grupo de participantes de nossa pesquisa foi composto por cinco Supervisoras Acadêmicas e, na coleta de dados, utilizamos dois instrumentos complementares: a entrevista e o questionário. Alguns temas propostos durante a entrevista estimularam as participantes a refletirem sobre algumas questões, traduzidas em categorias de análise, como: da formação em Serviço Social ao exercício da Docência; organização do Estágio Supervisionado na IES; o lugar e o significado da Supervisão Acadêmica; o desenvolvimento da Supervisão Acadêmica; os desafios da Docência na Supervisão Acadêmica: limites e prospectivas. A docência tornou-se campo de trabalho significativo, com mais de seis mil cursos no país, no entanto, a Supervisão Acadêmica carece de lugar e de significado, diante da ausência de recursos. Problemas e denúncias apontados pelas entrevistadas e constatados nos dados pesquisados, embora não possam ser generalizados, indicam a existência de relações de forças que interferem no momento do estágio e na disputa de vagas, implicando diretamente no fazer da Supervisão. As iniciativas das entidades representativas ainda incipientes. A Supervisão Acadêmica, por ser uma disciplina que possibilita a articulação entre a universidade e o exercício profissional, a universidade e a sociedade, ainda enfrenta alguns obstáculos em sua efetivação.
