Para isso, este trabalho apresenta a figura de Jesus como profeta e servo no Alcorão e nos ditos proverbias islâmicos comparando com a figura de Jesus como servo e profeta na crença cristã, tendo como base a Bíblia. Objetivando analisar as visões que o islã tem da figura de Jesus como profeta e servo, retrata as oportunidades com o fim do desenvolvimento do diálogo por um bem comum. O islã é uma religião milenar com aspectos convergentes ao cristianismo, entretanto, quando se trata do Cristo, existe uma divergência notável quanto à crença a respeito da divindade, ocasionando um distanciamento em relação a crença do cristianismo a respeito da divindade de Jesus. Por outro lado, o Ocidente, no bojo cristão, tem uma retórica de preconceito quanto a religião islâmica, bem como, também, o islã rejeita o cristianismo em razão de variadas situações históricas e religiosas como, por exemplo, a defesa dos árabes em relação ao ataque das Cruzadas na Idade Média, bem como a forma que os cristãos tratavam suas mulheres nos Estados estabelecidos pelas Cruzadas. O estudo pretende desamarrar o preconceito com o objetivo ao diálogo inter-religioso. To this end, the dissertation presents the figure of Jesus as a prophet and servant in the Qur'an and in the said Islamic proverbs compared to the figure of Jesus as a servant and prophet in the Christian belief, based on the Bible. In this way, to analyze the views that Islam has of the figure of Jesus as a Prophet and Servant, portraying the opportunities with the purpose of developing dialogue for a common good. Islam is an ancient religion with aspects converging to Christianity. However, when it comes to Christ, there is a notable disagreement about the belief on the divinity. Such a divergence provides a departure from Christianity's belief in the divinity of Jesus. On the other hand, the West in the Christian core has a rhetoric of prejudice regarding the Islamic religion. As Islam also rejects Christianity due to various historical and religious situations, such as the defense of the Arabs against the attack of the Crusades in the Middle Ages, as well as the way that Christians treated, their women in the states established by the Crusades. The study aims to provide the break of the prejudice with the aim of interreligious dialogue.
