Resumo: This research will make an analysis of Transnational Companies and business ethics within a model of construction of the legal norm, seeking to outline a proper model of hermeneutics applicable to such a business model. In this sense, starting from the idea that there are both gaps and textual excesses related to the rules and principles applicable to Transnational Companies, the work will verify what are the sources and criteria that can be used in such cases. Therefore, the research will be divided into three chapters. The first chapter will analyze the public system of corporate regulation. The second chapter will focus on the private system of business self-regulation. The third and last chapter will look at how the public and private systems are used in conjunction with ethics for the construction of the legal standard related to the transnational business sector, in order to verify the hermeneutics specific model in such segment. The research is part of the research line “Ethics, Language and Law”, focusing on the Philosophy of Law. As for research techniques, the work uses bibliographic and documentary analysis. Regarding the methods, the work uses the hypothetical-deductive methodA presente pesquisa fará uma análise das Empresas Transnacionais e a ética empresarial dentro de um modelo de construção da norma jurídica, buscando traçar um modelo próprio de hermenêutica aplicável para tal modelo empresarial. Neste sentido, partindo da ideia de que existem tanto lacunas quanto excessos textuais relativos ao arcabouço textual aplicável às Empresas Transnacionais, o cerne do problema aqui vislumbrado será o de verificar quais seriam as fontes e critérios hermenêuticos que podem ser utilizados em tais casos. Para tanto, a pesquisa será dividida em três capítulos. O primeiro capítulo analisará o sistema público de regulação empresarial. Já o segundo capítulo será voltado ao sistema privado de autorregulação empresarial. O terceiro e último capítulo, verificará de que forma os sistemas público e o privado são utilizados em conjunto com a ética para a construção da norma jurídica relacionada ao setor empresarial transnacional, de forma que se verifique o modelo próprio da hermenêutica em tal segmento. Importante ressaltar que a pesquisa está inserida na linha de pesquisa “Ética, Linguagem e Direito”, tendo foco voltado tanto para a Filosofia do Direito quanto para Teoria Geral do Direito. Quanto às técnicas de pesquisa, o trabalho utiliza da análise bibliográfica e documental.
