Resumo: This report aims to address the methodology of agile project's management software called Scrum, applying its methods and trying to elucidate the main focus of application, with a comprehensive description of how works the agile context and the Product Owner involvement on product management. Was achieved a literature review where some informations was collected, allowing a brief passage by the traditional method of software development, some concepts of the PMBOK orientation guide, which a bibliography reference for professionals, that helping them about management projects, and based on this context is discussed agile management project of Scrum, discribes the performance of Product Owner on Scrum projects. Aims to demonstrate the simplicity of the methodology in practical, and that are able to work on complex and innovative projects contexts
