For decades, the offer of financial products and services remained centralized and rigid, so that it was only carried out by a few financial institutions, using traditional models. However, changes proposed by AgendaBC# from the Central Bank of Brazil have made it possible for the Open Finance ecosystem to emerge in Brazil. As a result, there has been a greater decentralization of the supply of financial services, as well as the offer of more individualized and personalized products due to the sharing of user data. The aim of this paper, therefore, is to analyze the legal aspects and the main regulatory obligations related to the offer of financial and payment products and services, data sharing and the financial inclusion of the Brazilian population. In this way, this paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the concept of Open Finance and the relevant aspects involved in it, and to highlight that Open Finance is a long-term trend that has the potential to transform Brazil's financial system
