Summary: Introduction: The work of delivering goods, done by app workers, is an occupational modality that shows considerable growth nowadays. Drivers of this modality spend many hours in cars or motorcycles, making deliveries, usually for long periods, remaining seated, performing their profession. Because they are working on the street, it is difficult for them to maintain a routine regarding eating, exercising, and going to the bathroom. It is well known that bad habits can trigger voiding dysfunctions. Objective: To evaluate the presence of voiding dysfunctions in delivery workers in the city of São Paulo, Brazil. Method: This is a cross-sectional study conducted with app workers from the company J3 Flex, in the city of São Paulo. To evaluate the presence of voiding dysfunctions, the study was carried out in two stages. The first stage of the study was to hold a face-to-face conversation circle with the workers, to raise awareness and educate them about voiding dysfunctions, bringing them to an understanding of the subject. Then, a presentation of the project was made, containing the methodology of the work and the way of executing the research. After reading and accepting the free and informed consent form, the workers answered a questionnaire with questions about their routine, urination habits, number of daily trips to the bathroom, and the presence of urinary leakage or other complaints, if any. After analyzing the questionnaires, a care booklet was elaborated, in online format, with alerts and recommendations to avoid possible dysfunctions and provide education to improve habits and quality of life for these workers. Results: 256 participants were interviewed, between 18 and 65 years old. Most of them have been in this occupation for up to 5 years, are sedentary and overweight. Only 4.2% reported urinary loss, the majority of whom were female, with occasional and small losses, without associated discomfort. In relation to other symptoms, 20% reported a feeling of incomplete emptying of urine, 43% nocturia and 85% of them believe it is important to offer educational materials. Conclusion: App delivery workers from the city of São Paulo present a low percentage of urinary dysfunctions, with some cases of urinary loss, nocturia and symptoms of emptying difficulty. The sample was predominantly male and young, which may have influenced the results
