Resumo: Homophobia is still alive in our society and sustains itself by the heteronormativity that orders what would be considered ideal and expected in the affective-sexual relations and in the gender relation as well. The ideal affective-sexual relation considered is the heterosexual monogamous marriage with children. The Christianism and later, the Science validated a heteronormativity. According to this, there are many myths related to the homosexuality and, consequently, for the homosexual families with children, sustained critics related to the well-being of children and teenagers who live with these families. On the other hand, there are critics in relation to the homosexual people who are looking for a marriage and also desire kids in their relation; this , for some authors, would correspond to a reproduction of actual hegemonical rules. According to this, the present study search for describing and understanding the experience and living for lesbian mothers, gay fathers and their children as active authors from this research about their familiar configuration, the familiar relationship and their relations with the society. Twelve couples (seven male couples and five female couples) and their children participated into this research. They are from Ceará, São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro states. Twenty-three children and teenagers, from 5 to 18 years old, were interviewed; all of them attend to the regular school program. The method, which was used in this research, was the Grounded Theory and, as a complementary method to data dealing, the analysis of the content. The results showed that the familiar conception, according to the fathers, the mothers or the children, are related to the affective feelings and its quality into the established relation. The children showed that there are affection and happiness into their relation with the families. Therefore, the homophobia, the racial prejudice, in relation to some children, and the adoption prejudice permeate the relation between these families and the society. The schools seem not to be prepared to deal with the familiar and sexual diversity, in spite of some institutions try to receive the members of these families. Many mothers and fathers describe the importance of the visibility and representativity of homosexuality and homoaffective families with children in the broadcast midia, as well as the participation of LGBT social movement, in the associations or groups related to the LGBT issues or adoptions. The results of this study show that the members from the interviewed families, in spite of sometimes, reproduced values considered traditional and heteronormative, transform the social order from the affection valorization and also from the socio-affective feeling into the familiar relation to the detriment of biological relation and from the expectatives of antagonic gender from the partners. The present study showed itself essential against the scarcity of empiric Brazilian studies about this thematic

The present study showed itself essential against the scarcity of empiric Brazilian studies about this thematicA homofobia ainda é muito presente em nossa sociedade e sustenta-se a partir da heteronormatividade que rege as normas do que seria considerado ideal e esperado nas relações afetivo-sexuais e nas relações de gênero. O modelo de relação afetivo-sexual considerado ideal é o casamento heterossexual, monogâmico e com filhos: elementos que ditam a família padrão. O cristianismo e, posteriormente, a ciência, validou a heteronormatividade. Diante disso, percebemos que existem mitos a respeito da homossexualidade e, consequentemente, das famílias homoafetivas com filhos(as), sustentando críticas em relação ao bem estar de crianças e adolescentes que convivem nestas famílias. Por outro lado, há, também, questionamentos em relação às pessoas homossexuais buscarem o casamento e terem o desejo de ter filhos, o que, para alguns autores, corresponderia a uma reprodução das normas hegemônicas O estudo buscou descrever e compreender as vivências e experiências de mães lésbicas, pais gays e filhos(as) como atores ativos desta pesquisa sobre sua configuração familiar, a relação na família e desta com a sociedade. Participaram doze casais, sete masculinos e cinco femininos, e seus filhos(as), residentes nos estados do Ceará, São Paulo e Rio de Janeiro. Foram entrevistadas vinte e três crianças e adolescentes, de 5 a 18 anos, todos frequentando a escola. O método utilizado foi a Grounded Theory, tendo como complementar, para tratamento dos dados, a análise de conteúdo. Os resultados indicaram que a concepção de família, tanto por parte dos pais e mães, quanto dos(as) filhos(as) tende a se basear nos laços socioafetivos e na qualidade afetiva das relações estabelecidas. Os filhos mencionaram haver afeto e felicidade na relação com a família, no entanto, a homofobia, o preconceito racial em relação a alguns filhos(as) e o preconceito da adoção permeiam as relações com a sociedade. A escola parece ainda despreparada para lidar com a diversidade sexual e familiar, apesar de algumas instituições acolherem os membros destas famílias. Muitos pais e mães relataram a importância da visibilidade e representatividade da homossexualidade e das famílias homoafetivas com filhos na mídia, bem como a importância da participação no movimento social LGBT, em associações ou grupos de apoio relacionados à temática LGBT ou à adoção. O estudo mostra que os membros das famílias entrevistadas, apesar de algumas vezes reproduzirem valores considerados tradicionais e heteronormativos, transformam a ordem social a partir da valorização do afeto e dos laços socioafetivos nas relações familiares, em detrimento dos laços biológicos e das expectativas de gênero antagônicas dos(as) parceiros(as). O estudo contribui para uma maior compreensão e aprofundamento da temática em questão, haja vista o reduzido número de trabalhos empíricos existentes no BrasilCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/43668/Mariana%20de%20Oliveira%20Farias.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Psicologia: Psicologia SocialPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Ciências Humanas e da SaúdeFamílias homoafetivas com filhosAdoção por homossexuaisHomossexualidadeHomoaffective families with childrenGay adoptionHomosexualityCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIA::PSICOLOGIA SOCIALExperiências e vivências de famílias homoafetivas com filhos: vozes de pais, mães e filhosExperienced and living of homoaffective families with children: fathers, mothers and children’s voicesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTMariana de Oliveira Farias.pdf.txtMariana de Oliveira Farias.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain1025050https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/20512/4/Mariana%20de%20Oliveira%20Farias.pdf.txtdcadb7a868ddbd80f14be4969346f0f8MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
