Resumo: The current study is about the regulation of the teleworking and its impacts stemming with the Law 13.467/2017, entitled as "Labor Reform". This study will also deal with the concept of teleworking by the International Labor Convention – ILO and Comparative Law, as well as the exhibit of the duties and obligations that each part must comply, as detailed on the new legislation. In addition, it will be mentioned if the employers have the necessity to make or not the control working hours of their employees, as well as, this study will make an analysis of the legal doctrine and jurisprudence about the teleworking
