The objective of this monograph is to identify the forms of exploitation, measurement and control of the workforce in platform capitalism in the world and Brazil. With the emergence of digital platforms, labor has been exercised in a precarious manner and in a very fragile economic and legal context, placing workers at the margins of the labor market. The hypothesis is that without the exploitation of labor, the platform would not be able to generate value and, therefore, profit. Thus, this monograph follows Marxist theory as the main source of observations and analysis of the platform's organizational structure, using Ricardo Antunes as a theoretical reference. For this, it was necessary to use a brief theoretical-historical review of the working class, academic productions of economists and sociologists about platform economics, and data selection through research institutes. Finally, the results indicate that the platform organizes and exploits the workforce through algorithmic data management and platform financialization
