Resumo: Abstract: Mental health is a complex challenge of contemporary culture. Health promotion is about strengthening health, by building the ability to choose, of respect for singularities and exchanges between different sectors and actors. Art can be a contributing tool, for providing the expression of feelings and increasing self-esteem and the feeling of general well-being.
