Resumo: This article discusses urban policies that are being implemented in the country, in particular, the policies of social housing and its ability to respond to changes in the age profile. We raised the key indicators for the elderly population and related policies and urban housing in the country, we analyzed the programs in force and their work with the elderly population. And presents considerations on examples of good practice for this age group.
