Resumo: This article aims to investigate the occurrence of binaural interference, the use of mono or binaural hearing aids and complaints of lack of speech comprehension into silence and into noise in a group of elderly patients with sensorineural hearing loss. Thus, to evaluate the speech recognition with and without mono and binaural hearing aids and the skills of the binaural integration and separation.
