Difficulties in the adherence to the nutritional treatment in elderly hypertensive

Resumo: This study aimed to describe the interfering difficulties in adhering to the nutritional treatment of elderly hypertensive patients. It was an integrative review of Portuguese in articles published from 2006 to 2013 in Brazil. Analysis of the articles suggests that the issues on compliance to the nutritional treatment of elderly hypertensive patients have intense relationship with environmental, emotional and social factors.

Fue una revisión integradora del portugués en artículos publicados entre 2006 y 2013 en Brasil. El análisis de los artículos sugiere que las cuestiones sobre el cumplimiento del tratamiento nutricional de los pacientes hipertensos ancianos tienen una relación intensa con factores ambientales, emocionales y sociales. Este estudo teve como objetivo descrever as dificuldades interferentes na adesão ao tratamento nutricional de idosos hipertensos. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de artigos em português publicados de 2006 a 2013 no Brasil.
