Resumo: This study examined the benefits of hydrotherapy in symptom improvement and quality of life in menopause. The data indicate moderate menopausal symptoms in 53.8% of participants in the pre-intervention and reduction of 15.4% after the intervention. Regarding quality of life, an increase in average in all areas. Therefore, the hydrotherapy improves menopausal symptoms and quality of life in menopause. Keywords: Menopause; Quality of Life; Hydrotherapy.

Os dados apontaram sintomas menopáusicos moderados em 53,8% das participantes na pré-intervenção, com redução para 15,4% após a intervenção. Em relação à qualidade de vida, houve aumento da média em todos os domínios.
