Resumo: : On discourses and practices: paths toward quality in television — Divided into discursive and practical arguments, the book offers twenty relevant articles to underpin a debate on the concept of quality in television. Instigating and current issues are raised about the theme, from theory and history to a discussion of public regulatory policies and the spectator’s view to an analysis of video clips and television programs on public and private TV channels in European and Latin American countries.
