Resumo: Every work activity, according to the ergological approach, always includes an obscure or invisible part. Debates that the worker goes through and that involve, among other issues, decision making in work situations are part of the aspects that are not very apparent, as new and unforeseen circumstances constantly appear. In this sense, the present study has the general objective of investigating aspects of the invisibility of the work activity of the Portuguese and Literature teacher of the Integrated Technical Course for High School of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS) / Campus Restinga, related to the uniqueness of teaching activity and the collective of teachers in the language area. As for the specific objectives, this research aims to examine the valuing accents of the statements made by the interviewed teachers in relation to the teaching activity, paying attention to the clashes present in the speeches that reflect and refract aspects of teaching and knowledge in adherence and in despondency; analyze dramatic self-use, debates on norms and values and renormalizations in the work of the interviewed teachers, observing the way in which each teacher is unique in the teaching activity; and verify, through dialogical relations, the approximations and distances in the speech of the interviewed teachers, observing invisible aspects of the collectivity of the teachers of the Integrated language. From the dialogical perspective of the discourse and the contributions of the ergological approach, the teachers' discourse on work activity is analyzed, glimpsing the clashes, tensions and renormalizations that are part of this work, as well as the way each teacher values its activity and to stand out in the work situation. This research is of a qualitative applied nature and its methodological procedures consist of an individual and face-to-face interview with three professors of the discipline of Portuguese Language and Literature of the Integrated course at Campus Restinga / IFRS. From the speeches produced in the interview situation, we analyze how each teacher is unique, how he values and reflects and refracts what his work involves, how he deals with new situations and how he manages the debates on norms and values. We also talked about the dialogical relations of approach and distance between the speeches of the teachers interviewed. Thus, the work of each teacher seems to be invisible to other colleagues in the field and to the institution itself.

Fazem parte dos aspectos pouco aparentes os debates por que passa o trabalhador e que envolvem, dentre outras questões, tomadas de decisões em situação de trabalho, pois constantemente aparecem circunstâncias novas e não previstas. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo tem como objetivo geral investigar aspectos de invisibilidade da atividade dos professores de Português e Literatura do curso Integrado do IFRS/ Campus Restinga, observando particularidades do ato singular e do coletivo de trabalho. Quanto aos objetivos específicos, esta pesquisa visa examinar os acentos valorativos dos enunciados proferidos pelos professores entrevistados em relação à atividade docente, atentando para embates presentes nos discursos que refletem e refratam aspectos do fazer docente e dos saberes instituídos e investidos na atividade; analisar dramáticas de uso de si, debates de normas e valores e renormalizações no trabalho dos professores entrevistados, observando o modo como cada professor se singulariza na atividade docente; verificar, via relações dialógicas, as aproximações e os distanciamentos no discurso dos professores entrevistados, observando aspectos invisíveis da coletividade dos docentes de língua do Integrado. A partir da perspectiva dialógica do discurso e das contribuições da abordagem ergológica, analisa-se o discurso dos professores sobre a sua atividade laboral, vislumbrando os embates, as tensões e as renormalizações que fazem parte desse trabalho, bem como o modo de cada docente valorar a sua atividade e de se singularizar na situação laboral. Esta pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa aplicada e seus procedimentos metodológicos são compostos por uma entrevista individual e presencial com três docentes da disciplina de Língua Portuguesa e Literatura do curso Integrado do Campus Restinga/IFRS. A partir dos discursos produzidos na situação de entrevista, analisamos como cada docente se singulariza, como valora e reflete e refrata o que envolve seu trabalho, como lida com as situações novas e como gere os debates de normas e valores. Também discorremos sobre as relações dialógicas de aproximação e de afastamento entre os discursos dos docentes entrevistados. A tese defendida neste trabalho é a invisibilidade como uma parte constitutiva do trabalho docente no Integrado, tanto no aspecto individual, quanto no coletivo de professores de língua do Campus Restinga, tendo em vista que a área não dialoga sobre a atividade de trabalho e não estabelece objetivos coletivos para o ensino de Português e Literatura. Os resultados indicam que cada professor trabalha de forma individualizada e enfrenta sozinho as tensões e os embates próprios da atividade. O docente desenvolve o seu trabalho a partir de suas próprias concepções sobre o que é ensino de Português e Literatura, sobre o que é o curso Integrado e sobre qual é a função da área nesse curso.
