Resumo: (Artigo Impactos econômicos do envelhecimento populacional na economia brasileira: uma aplicação do modelo de insumo-produto) The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of the population changes and age structure predicted for the years 2030 and 2060 on the gross value added of the Brazilian economy. From the input-output matrix developed by the IBGE for the year 2015, methodological procedures were performed so that the family consumption vector was open in different age groups. So, the micro-data from the 2008-2009 Family Budget Survey was used. The results indicate that the change in age structure will bring positive effects of the Brazilian economy until 2031, and population variation until the year 2049. The growth curve of the total effect (age structure effect and population effect) start to descending from 2044. Among the sectors with the greatest positive variations due to the variation in age structure, the most important are: pharmaceutical products, private health and financial intermediation, insurance and supplementary pension. Among those with significant negative variations are the manufacture of clothing and accessory artifacts, footwear and leather goods manufacturing, homecare products, cosmetics / perfumery and personal care, and the computer devices manufacturing, electronic and optical products and private education.

The methodology used is based on input-output model, developed by the IBGE for the year 2015. In order for the shocks in the final demand vector to capture the impacts on the economy due to demographic variations, it became necessary to open the consumption vector of the families of the input-output matrix in different age groups. The methodological treatment for both was made from microdata of the 2008-2009 Family Budget Survey. It was verified that the participation of agribusiness of the Brazilian economy in the year 2015 was of 20.62%. Considering the total effect (change in age structure and population growth), the added value of agribusiness in 2030 reached 21.22%. This percentage tends to increase until the year 2046, when it reaches the percentage of 21.34%. Subsequently, the percentage is successively reduced to 21.16% in the year 2060.(Artigo Impactos de alterações na população e na estrutura etária sobre o emprego na cadeia da construção civil brasileira) The objective of this study is to estimate the impacts of population changes and age structure, predicted for the years 2030 and 2060, on employment in the productive chain of Brazilian civil construction sector. For this purpose, the input-output matrix developed for Brazil by the IBGE for the year 2015 was used. The exogenous shocks in the final demand are realized starting from the opening of the family consumption vector for different age groups, which is possible from the manipulation of information from the microdata of the Family Budget Research - Base Year 2008-2009. Estimates indicated that in 2015 the employment of the civil construction productive chain represented 14.27% of the country's total economy. In the year 2030 this percentage reduced to 12.59%, and finally, in the year 2060 reached the percentage of 12.49%. The upstream portion (inputs used from other sectors) and downstream (distribution of the final product) correspond to approximately 50% of the macro sector employment, which shows that the chain is highly interconnected to other sectors of the economy. In the decomposition of the total effect on the number of employed in the effects of variations in age and population structure, it is verified that in the year 2030 the first was responsible for 21.56% and the second for 78.44% of the total growth. In the year 2060, these percentages were, respectively, 2.72% and 97.28%, thus indicating a fall in the effect of the age structure on the generation of jobs in the sector.(Artigo Impactos de alterações na população e na estrutura etária sobre o valor adicionado do agronegócio brasileiro) Este trabalho mensurou os impactos de alterações na estrutura etária e na população, previstos para os anos de 2030 e de 2060, sobre o valor adicionado bruto a preços básicos do agronegócio brasileiro. A metodologia utilizada ancora-se no modelo de insumo-produto desenvolvido pelo IBGE para o ano de 2015. Para que os choques no vetor da demanda final captassem os impactos na economia decorrentes das variações demográficas tornou-se necessária a abertura do vetor do consumo das famílias da matriz de insumo-produto em diferentes faixas etárias. O tratamento metodológico para tanto foi efetuado a partir de microdados da Pesquisa de Orçamentos Familiares – Ano Base 2008-2009. Verificou-se que a participação do agronegócio da economia brasileira no ano de 2015 foi de 20,62%. Considerando o efeito total (alteração da estrutura etária e crescimento populacional) o valor adicionado do agronegócio no ano de 2030 alcançou o montante de 21,22%. Este percentual tende a aumentar até o ano de 2046, quando atinge o percentual de 21,34%. Posteriormente, o percentual vai sucessivamente reduzindo-se até atingir 21,16% no ano de 2060.(Artigo Impactos de alterações na população e na estrutura etária sobre o emprego na cadeia da construção civil brasileira) Este trabalho tem por objetivo estimar os impactos de alterações populacionais e da estrutura etária, previstos para os anos de 2030 e 2060, sobre o emprego na cadeia produtiva da construção civil brasileira. Para tanto foi utilizada a matriz de insumoproduto desenvolvida para o Brasil pelo IBGE para o ano de 2015. A realização dos choques exógenos na demanda final é realizada a partir da abertura do vetor de consumo das famílias para diferentes faixas etárias, a qual é possível a partir da manipulação de informações dos microdados da Pequisa de Orçamentos Familiares – Ano Base 2008-2009. As estimativas apontaram que no ano de 2015 o emprego da cadeia produtiva da construção civil representou 14,27% do total da economia do país. No ano de 2030 este percentual reduziu-se para 12,59%, e por fim, no ano de 2060 alcançou o percentual de 12,49%. A parcela a montante (insumos utilizados de outros setores) e a jusante (distribuição do produto final) correspondem a aproximadamente 50% do emprego do macro setor, o que demonstra que a cadeia é altamente interligada a outros setores da economia. Na decomposição do efeito total sobre o número de ocupados em efeitos de variações na estrutura etária e populacional, verifica-se que no ano de 2030 o primeiro foi responsável por 21,56% e o segundo por 78,44% do crescimento total. Já no ano de 2060 tais percentuais foram, respectivamente, 2,72% e 97,28%, apontando, assim, para uma queda do efeito estrutura etária na geração de empregos do setor.(Artigo Impactos econômicos do envelhecimento populacional na economia brasileira: uma aplicação do modelo de insumo-produto) Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar os efeitos das alterações na população e na estrutura etária, previstos para os anos de 2030 e 2060, sobre o valor adicionado bruto da economia brasileira. A partir da matriz de insumo-produto desenvolvida pelo IBGE para o ano de 2015 foram realizados procedimentos metodológicos para que o vetor do consumo das famílias fosse aberto em diferentes faixas etárias. Para tanto, foram utilizadas informações de microdados da Pesquisa de Orçamentos Familiares – Ano Base 2008-2009. Os resultados indicam que a alteração da estrutura etária exercerá efeitos positivos da economia brasileira até o ano de 2031, enquanto a variação populacional até o ano de 2049. A curva de crescimento do efeito total (efeito estrutura etária mais efeito populacional) passa a ser descendente a partir do ano de 2044. Entre os setores que apresentam maiores variações positivas em função exclusiva da variação da estrutura etária destacam-se: fabricação de produtos farmoquímicos e farmacêuticos, saúde privada e intermediação financeira, seguros e previdência complementar.
