Resumo: The objective of this work is to highlight the assembly’s records as archives of business memory, being made from the acquired and selected documentary corpus that resulted in a master’s research, using the documents to give visibility to the study. For this, research of an applied nature is used, with exploratory objectives, considering documentary research. Therefore, it is possible to highlight the possibility of using the records as a source in this type of investigation. Keywords: records; business memory; documentary research.

Keywords: records; business memory; documentary research.El objetivo de este trabajo es destacar las actas de asamblea como archivos de la memoria corporativa, siendo elaborados a partir del corpus documental adquirido y seleccionado que resultó en una investigación de maestría, utilizando los documentos para dar visibilidad al estudio. Para ello se utiliza la investigación de carácter aplicado, con objetivos exploratorios, considerando la investigación documental. Por tanto, cabe destacar la posibilidad de utilizar el acta como fuente en este tipo de investigación. Palabras clave: actas; memoria empresarial; investigación documental.O trabalho tem por objetivo evidenciar as atas de assembleia de acionistas como arquivos da memória empresarial, a partir do corpus documental adquirido e selecionado que resultou em uma pesquisa de mestrado, utilizando documentação para dar visibilidade ao estudo. Para isso, recorre-se à pesquisa de natureza aplicada, com objetivos exploratórios, considerando-se a pesquisa documental. Logo, pode-se evidenciar a possibilidade de utilizar as atas como fonte neste tipo de investigação.
