Resumo: Research shows that a new paradigm is emergingin the luxury sectortowards sustainabilityand,with it,consumers’ demands, values and behavior sareshifting.The findings present that,al though luxury consumers are concerned and aware of social and environmental problems, their lack of knowledge about these issues prevents them doing more to act on them. How ever, there is a rising interest from consumersto over come ers’ decision making towards sustainability.
