Therefore, understanding the determinants of avoidable hospitalizations is important to develop policies and interventions that reduce the ACSH. Analyzing the patient’s perspective brings an angle relevant to explain the ACSH. Despite patients are the most qualified to express the social and individual context of their experience, few studies have investigated the patients’ perspective about what causes ACSH. The aim of this study is to compare the perspective of patients on the determinants of the ACSH.Ubiquity PressRepositório da Universidade de LisboaSiopa, MargaridaSarmento, JoãoSantos, RodrigoLopes, SílviaDias, SóniaGuerreiro, António SousaPanarra, AntónioNascimento, PaulaRodrigues, AnaSantana, Rui2019-11-20T16:20:38Z20192019-01-01T00:00:00Zinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/articleapplication/pdfhttp://hdl.handle.net/10451/40207engInternational Journal of Integrated Care. 2019;19(4):22710.5334/ijic.s32271568-4156info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos)instname:Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãoinstacron:RCAAP2024-11-20T17:54:22Zoai:repositorio.ul.pt:10451/40207Portal AgregadorONGhttps://www.rcaap.pt/oai/openairemluisa.alvim@gmail.comopendoar:71602024-11-20T17:54:22Repositório Científico de Acesso Aberto de Portugal (Repositórios Cientìficos) - Agência para a Sociedade do Conhecimento (UMIC) - FCT - Sociedade da Informaçãofalse
