Resumo: We report a clinical case of a 60 year-old man, asymptomatic to whom was incidentally found two retrovesical cysts. Physical examination revealed hypogastric, elastic and painless masses; digital rectal examination documented a normal prostate gland. Computerized tomography confirmed the presence of two giant seminal vesicle cysts.
