Os Momentos Ofensivos do Jogo de Futebol: análise e operacionalização nos Sub-19 do União Nogueirense Futebol Clube

Football's evolution through the years is due to, among other factors, the way trainings and games are prepared and conducted and the knowledge that enriches and contributes to an increase of teams' and coaches' performance. Together with this evolution, there's an arise of the sport's scientific interest that created an observation and analysis' concept as a way of controlling training quality, which brought a new look over football and, therefore, a more effective way of playing during competition. It has become more frequent that observers and analysts in clubs scouting departments dedicate themselves not only to opponents' study, but also to their own team analysis, aiming to make players progress during training and have a better performance. The following report was carried out during the 2nd cycle of High-Performance Training in FADEUP. It outlines the knowledge acquired and the experiences, both positive and negative, lived during the 2nd National Division Under-19 season of União Nogueirense Futebol Clube, having as particularity the explanation of the relation between observation and analysis process and game intentions and practices. In order to do so, two games' observation were crucial to understand if the training was being planned according to group's specific necessities. After having implemented a set of methodological strategies in the training process, this was verified, with differences in two indicators / sub-principles being analyzed.
