Resumo: The main subject of this text is care for the Earth, stressing the ecofeminist perspective. In his Laudato Si’ Pope Francis does not mention the role of women but there is a considerable number of feminist literature on this subject. As representatives of the contribution given by women philosophers and theologians, we chose Vandana Shiva in the cultural sphere, Sallie Mc Fague in theology and Alicea Puleo in socio-politics.
