Resumo: In confirmed and symptomatic cases of COVID-19 in pediatric patients, chest x-ray plays an important role in the characterization of pulmonary lesions, namely in terms of their dimension, density and pattern. In this paper, eight chest x-ray images of COVID-19 patients, performed at the Emergency Service of the Paediatric Hospital of Coimbra were analysed. The observed alterations are compatible with those described in the literature. The most frequent findings were peribronchic wall thickening and disperse bilateral ground glass opacities.
