Resumo: This Equity Research aims to analyze Meliá Hotels International's in-depth sense to make a final recommendation to buy, hold, or sell the share that someone has or wants to buy shortly during 2021.This work starts by presenting a macroeconomic and industry overview. Later, the hospitality sector and its tendencies will be analyzed. After that, the past performance of each operating segment will be evaluated to give context to the valuation. This equity research estimates all different valuations as DCF, APV, and the comparables method; nevertheless, the DCF is which the decision will be made.
