Resumo: | The professional internship is the end of a trip I started many years ago, being at the same time the first step in search of the my dream. This seeks to be a space to put my academic knowledge and there to be confronted with reality, allowing to overcome obstacles, to have new experiences and new challenges lived in a totally different context than we were used to. It plays a central role in our personal development as well as in creating our professional identity. This Internship Report mirrors the journey of a student-trainee in an environment that hopes to be the future. It is structured in six chapters: (1) the Introduction explaining the reason for the creation of this document; 2) the Personal Framework, where I try to clarify the reasons why I arrived in this area; (3) the Institutional Framework, where I explain the school context where I did the internship; (4) the Operational Framework, which is divided into three areas: Area 1 - Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning, which refers us to practice, seeking to inform about the most relevant issues I faced throughout the year; Area 2 - Participation in the School and Relations with the Community, where is presented all the tasks and activities performed by the school community throughout the year, and in which I was able to participate; and Area 3 - Professional Development, where we are faced with the research work done; 5) the Conclusion and future perspectives, where there is a general reflection on the past year and on the dreams to pursue in the future. |
