Resumo: | Swiss landscapes are elements revealing exclusive richness and therefore a valuable asset of all country. Included in this pattern, providing places of extreme natural quality contrasting with urban problems, the city of Genebra stands out. Attempting to solve those problems, one must fell in for the beauty that the city unravels and society puts together. The opportunity arises, as a rare challenge to design and fit in a unique landscape, a valid essay that for the past two years have been observed, criticised, appreciated and experienced. Pointe de la Jonction is an open book of numerous lines in water mark. Its enormous potentialities are clear and awaiting for the moment when this proscenium theater will reinvigorate itself setting roots in the surrounding area. Investing in the requalification of lost and time forgotten areas, we attempt to fulfil the urgent need for new focal zones within the city. The project concept, to this amazing place, emerged up on a sharp eye look over the terrain and its surroundings, since the beginning unfolding the idea of the appealing snowflake geometry. |
