Resumo: This thesis describes the development of the project carried out at Continental Mabor - Indústria de Pneus S.A. in partnership with the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. This project has as main objectives: * Creation of an automatic routine for analysis production tires and by batch production; * Study of the feasibility of joining results from different machine suppliers for data analysis; * Vector Separation of Curing and Green Tire; * Separation of systematic effects in the construction of Green Tire; * Automation through software of all data from different machines, indicating to the user the best Curing spot. This project arises essentially due to the existence of Uniformity Machines coming from different suppliers, which implies different analysis results. The fact that the results of the are not coherent between the different groups of machines, requires that when an analysis of the final wave of the tire is performed, it does not correspond to the observable reality, it is therefore urgent to find a solution that allows the uniformity of the data. With the creation of the automatic analysis routine in conjunction with the standardization of analysis data received from the Uniformity Machines, it became possible to make the automatic separation of curing and green tire effect during normal production through the help of the project "Spot Automático" , thus leading to an improvement in the production yield at the peak-to-peak radial, 1st harmonic and 2nd harmonic radial.
