Resumo: The business world and organizations are constantly struggling with changes and new challenges at the most diverse levels, demanding an ability to adapt and supremacy to the frequent vicissitudes. Nowadays, knowledge is recognized by organizations as an intangible resource that, combined with other resources of the organization, creates and develops new skills, allowing companies to gain competitive advantage and to improve their organizational performance.
