Até lá estaremos numa representação constante do quotidiano, ditada pelas mais diversas razões: os dogmas, as tradições, as leis, os códigos sociais e afins. Assim, a vida e a ficção tornam-se mais similares, não porque ficcionemos a vida, mas porque ambas acabam por ser uma só, sendo que têm representações e expressões em pontos diferentes do viver e do habitar. Assim sendo, para que essa representação do dia-a-dia faça sentido, é obrigatória a presença de um pano de fundo, ou seja, de uma Cenografia do habitar, e essa Cenografia real é, factualmente, a Arquitectura. Se a arte imita a vida, também a vida poderá imitar a arte, criando um binómio de troca de informações onde ambas acabam por se tornar numa só, com algumas diferenças e separadas por uma linha tão ténue que em alguns casos se torna difícil distinguir onde acaba uma e a outra começa. Partindo deste pressuposto, mas essencialmente das similaridades tão fortes que sabemos existir entre Arquitectura e Cenografia, nesta dissertação aborda-se a Arquitectura sob o ponto de vista menos corrente, ou seja, como o elemento cenográfico do habitar. Então, importa perceber a ligação entre estas duas partes, Arquitectura e Cenografia, e perceber desde os antípodas quais as ligações que ambas possuem e que as fazem ser tão semelhantes (embora em pontos distintos do habitar), perceber qual o papel do Homem nesta forte ligação e ainda de que forma o Homem interage e habita os espaços produzidos por ambas. Antes de qualquer outro passo, é fulcral que se compreendam os conceitos a serem abordados nesta investigação e os seus significados, para posteriormente se poder com certezas abordar o tema de forma estruturada e balizada. De seguida, e para uma melhor compreensão da actualidade, importa também perceber de que forma a ligação entre ambas surgiu, e é através desta investigação e seguindo o caminho do estudo de cada uma destas pertinências e dos seus mais valorosos investigadores e aplicadores, que se chega então à abordagem fundamental desta dissertação: entender de que forma Arquitectura e Cenografia estão ligadas e perceber os habitares em ambas, bem como os elementos que influem nesses mesmos habitares, estudando esta temática conduzida pelos mais fulcrais teóricos e praticistas. Compreendidos estes saberes, importa finalmente perceber de que forma se pode então construir esse habitar onde a Arquitectura é um elemento cenográfico, e perceber a expressividade desses cenários e das performances que a Arquitectura pode ter no real. Arquitectura e Cenografia são um só sendo dois e respirando pelos mesmos pulmões pétreos, resultando desta ligação uma Arquitectura Cenográfica com performances reais no cenário urbano, tornando-se este o "busílis" que se pretende dissertar e concluindo-se após todo este estudo efectivamente Cenografia e Arquitectura estão intimamente ligadas e que esta ligação se reflecte na Arquitectura, permitindo que esta se manifeste através das ditas performances arquitectónicas (dispares ou não), criando assim de facto uma Arquitectura como elemento cenográfico do habitar, que absorve o Homem na sua definição.Abstract: That are some people who argue that we are only truly "us" when we are alone and in our individual space. Until then, we will be in a continuous representation of daily life, dictated by a variety of reasons: the dogmas, traditions, laws, social codes and many more. Thus, life and fiction become more similar, not because we turn life into fiction, but because they both turn out to be one, with representations and expressions in different parts of living and dwelling. Therefore, for this representation of the day-to-day makes sense, it is required the presence of a background, so a Set Design of the dwell, and that real Set Design is, factually, the Architecture. If art imitates life, the life also can imitate art, creating a binomial information exchange where both end up being one, with some differences and separated by such a fine line that sometimes it becomes difficult to distinguish where one ends and other begins. Under this assumption, but essentially because the similarities between Architecture and Scenography that we know that exist are so strong, this dissertation deals with Architecture under less current point of view, namely, as the scenic element of dwelling. Then, it's important to understand the connection between these two arts, Architecture and Scenography, and realize from the Antipodes what links both and make them to be so similar (although in different ponts of dwelling), realize what the role of Manis in this strong bond and even how Man interacts and inhabits the spaces produced by both. Before any other step is crucial that we understand the concepts to be addressed in this work and their meanings, later to power us with certainties to address the issue in a structured way. Then, and for a better understanding of nowadays, it is also important to understand how the connection between the two has emerged, and it's through this research and following the path of the study on each and all of those pertinence and of its most valuable researchers and applicators, that we arrive at the fundamental approach of this thesis: to understand how Architecture and Scenography are connected and realize the dwell in both, as well as the elements that influence these same dwell, studying this subject conducted by the most crucial theoretical and practical persons. Finally, and acquired this knowledge, it's important to ubderstand how can we then build this dwelling where the Architecture is a Scenic element, and realize the expressiveness of these scenarios and performances that Architecture can have on the real.
