This idea is gaining prominence, and its association with fluctuations in housing prices is under increasing global scrutiny. To assist homebuyers in making informed choices, a Power BI dashboard was developed in this project. This tool enables users to not only consider home characteristics but also assess amenities within a 15-minute walk. Another aim accomplished within this project was the correlation between house prices and nearby amenities. As result, the relationship between the two variables was conducted, uncovering a low but positive correlation overall, except for the sports amenity.
