Resumo: This project presents the methodology for the valuation of a photovoltaic project in the city of Bordeaux. After collecting data on solar radiation, local electricity consumption, electricity costs and the costs of purchasing and installing solar panels, an excel model was built to determine, the amount of solar panels to be installed that will generate the highest Net Present Value(NPV), as well as calculate other financial metrics (IRR, Payback Period, LCOE) that enable project analysis. The development below presents the methodology of data collection and explains the results of the excel model.
