This study is often confused with the assessment of individual performance that does not have the same meaning, which is clarified throughout this study. The main objective of this project is to understand which are the main factors that affect individual productivity in Portugal and, according to these factors, to create a method that allows to evaluate the individual productivity of an employee of a company and to include him in a specific group with certain characteristics.
