Resumo: This thesis explores the development of a new venture in real context from ideation to market entry to exit by means of a business plan. The group of students investigated real socio-economic problems and developed marketable solutions. Hereby, students derived the soon-to-be founded start up Aquapurgo, a pioneering Greentech startup dedicated to the global elimination of PFAS. In pursuit of a viable realization plan, the founders conducted quantitative and qualitative research. The objective was a validated business plan including financial analysis, marketing and branding strategies, business operations and strategy. The thesis encompasses all elements necessary to pitch to potential investors.
